SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for fulfillment then add shipping times on top of that. Shipping speeds and pricing are calculated at checkout and depend on product type, weight, and destination. Products may be shipped separately because they are packaged and fulfilled at different locations. Orders may come in reused packages as we become more eco-friendly and strive to reduce, reuse, and recycle materials.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do not accept returns. Refunds may be issued in the following cases without a need to return the item (visual evidence is needed):

1. The item received is incorrect in terms of color, size, or model.

2. The item appears used, is defective or in extremely poor quality.

3. The estimated delivery time of the order has expired.

4. The shipment went missing.
